Fallow stag hunting is as popular as Red stag hunting, however the population of fallow deer in Poland for the moment is around 30,000 and if we compare this with red deer at 300,000 it’s over 10 times less. These statistics show that the fallow deer hunt is much more special. RUT
Rutting usually takes place from mid-October to mid-November. At this time, just like the red stags, the fallow stags gives out characteristic noises and gathers around several hinds. Stag fights are very attractive and worth seeing. This is the best time to hunt and shoot a big trophy.

HUNTING PLAN

We start early in the morning and hunt until breakfast. On an evening; depending on weather conditions we choose between highseat or stalking. You can trust our professional guides – they know what to do, however if you have any preferences let us know and we will adjust hunting to your requirements. Some of guides have success using “callers” to bring out mature fallow stag from thicket. Many times after hunting there is a possibility to hide and wait for some wild boar. This is also a good time to shoot nice keiler because in November / December they are starting the rut and they often move around this area in search of mature sows. Meat from fallow deer is very tasty and it is available in markets and restaurants in Poland. Unfortunately, these restaurants mainly come from farms and their taste is completely different from those shot in the natural environment.
